Clinical Supervision for Speech Pathologists

Professional supervision is a vital part of ongoing professional development as a speech pathologist at any stage of your career.

Marion has 20 years of paediatric clinical experience, including over 14 years of providing speech pathology supervision across a variety of settings. Specific areas of interest and experience include:

• speech sound disorders including CAS, motor speech difficulties and phonological disorders

• late talkers

• hearing impairment

• language development (0-10years)

• literacy development (0-10yrs)

• supporting early career speech pathologists

• supporting clinicians new to private practice

Support can also be provided around the practical aspects of private practice including:

• using resources creatively and efficiently for play-based therapy

• general caseload management

• business set up

• family-centred practice

• time management and organisation

Supervision sessions are usually 50mins in length to fit around your clinic schedule, however can be 1hour on request. They usually take place via Zoom sessions. Frequency and fees are negotiated on an individual basis depending on your needs. Regular sessions are available as well as ad hoc sessions, depending on your needs. Group supervision sessions are also possible.
